SELF-CATERING BOOKING
& CANCELLATION POLICY

  • NO SMOKING
  • NO PETS
  • A NON REFUNDABLE deposit of £100 is required at time of booking to reserve a cottage. The balance of payment is due on arrival.
  • We cannot accept Credit Cards.
  • A damage deposit of £100 is required on arrival, and held until check out on departure.
  • Check in time is between 3 and 6pm, and check out is before 10am.
  • We would appreciate it if the cottages are left in a tidy condition on your departure.
  • In the event of cancellation, telephone and written confirmation is required. Guests are liable to pay the full amount due, unless the cottage is re-let, in which case all money paid excluding the non returnable deposit will be returned.
